Priority consideration may be given to low-income homeowners, older adults, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and households facing significant liveability or accessibility challenges. Complete our Request Home Repairs Application by providing your contact information and a brief description of the repairs you need. Once we receive your application, our team will review your eligibility, contact you for additional information if needed, and determine whether your project aligns with our current program priorities and available resources.

Depending on available funding, volunteer capacity, and project scope, Build Forward may assist with safety-related home repairs, accessibility improvements, minor rehabilitation projects, and other work that helps individuals remain safely and independently in their homes. No. Build Forward is not an emergency response organization and cannot provide immediate or 24-hour repair services. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911. For urgent utility or housing emergencies, contact your utility provider or appropriate local emergency services. Eligible non-emergency repair requests may be submitted through our Request Home Repairs Application.

Build Forward currently serves qualifying individuals and homeowners throughout the Denver metropolitan area. As our organization grows, we hope to expand our reach to additional communities across Colorado, the United States, and globally.
